30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Return Shipping
If your return meets our eligibility requirements, our support team will provide instructions for completing the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Clear photos or videos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we'll arrange one of the following where appropriate:

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return if your purchase meets the requirements outlined in this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
