Thank you for shopping with LumaBeauty. Below you'll find everything you need to know about order processing, shipping, delivery, and tracking.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking information (where available).
Business Days: Monday–Saturday (excluding UAE public holidays)
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery location.
We occasionally offer:
- Free Shipping on qualifying orders.
- Promotional shipping offers during special campaigns.
The final shipping cost will always be displayed before payment.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
- 2–5 Business Days
🌍 International Orders
- 5–12 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or busy holiday periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
UAE Orders
All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes where required.
No additional customs charges apply to deliveries within the UAE.
International Orders
Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
LumaBeauty has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
LumaBeauty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment or building numbers
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Unavailable recipients
If an order is returned to us because of incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
We'll review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Lost Shipments
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days or your package appears to be lost, please contact us.
We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and keep you updated throughout the process.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to selected countries.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, you'll be notified during checkout before completing your purchase.
